Job Title: General Ledger (GL) Accountant
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Reports To: Controller
Work Schedule: Normal business hours in the Philippines with small adjustments for overlap with the U.S. team. Initial ramp-up may require earlier hours to ensure sufficient collaboration. Post-ramp-up, an hour of daily overlap (starting at 8:00 AM PST / 5:00 PM MST) will be required.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled General Ledger (GL) Accountant to take ownership of core accounting functions, optimize financial processes, and support automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite, have successfully closed books for a U.S.-based entity, and possess strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
