We have an opportunity for a 2IC / leading hand to support our glazing supervisor in managing the glazing division.

Central Glass & Aluminium is a locally owned & operated glazing & aluminium joinery company, established in 2012.

We are a market leader in complex, high-end glazing projects. Our services include reglazing, frameless glass showers, splashbacks, mirrors, balustrades, retro-fit double glazing & aluminium joinery.

Our customer base is diverse and extends north of Bay of Plenty, down to Wellington, offering our glaziers exposure to a wide-range of complex projects.

You will be responsible for:

• leading projects onsite
• assisting managing a team of 7 glaziers
• taking ownership of projects, from initial measurement through to installation
• problem solving
• showing initiative
• support with training and upskilling glaziers
