Position Summary

We are hiring a part-time Glazier to join our team in Svalbard. As a Glazier you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various structures and buildings. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with the added benefit of accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut and install glass in windows, doors and other structures
• Repair or replace broken or cracked glass
• Install weather‑stripping around windows and doors to improve energy efficiency
• Use tools such as pliers, suction cups and glazing knives to remove old or broken glass
• Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Glazier
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
