The Global Assignment Consultant (GAC) plays a critical role in supporting Sirva’s corporate clients by managing international assignments for relocating employees. Acting as the primary point of coordination for international assignees, the GAC delivers end-to-end assignment management services in line with each client’s international assignment policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and positive relocation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of international assignment management services, including policy counseling, destination services, household goods shipping, immigration, departure services, and expense management.
• Interpret client international assignment policies and procedures, evaluating options to provide tailored advice based on assignee needs and country-specific requirements.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to assignees throughout the full duration of their international assignment.
