We’re looking for a highly capable Benefits Manager to join our Global Rewards Team. This role will be responsible for driving and influencing the development and execution of the Wella company’s employee benefits programs. It is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑paced company, where you will have the opportunity to help us manage and scale our benefits programs and wellness initiatives around the world in line with our strategic goals. You will be aligned to our Global Rewards function and work closely with the HR teams across the countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the execution of the company’s global benefits and wellbeing strategy, working collaboratively with the Regional Reward Partners and Local Reward Specialists across the countries.
