Global Benefits Partner

Purpose and Scope:

As the regional COE, provide Benefits expertise to the organization. This role sits at the intersection of people operations, employee experience, and strategy – designing and administering health and welfare, retirement, and leave benefits that are competitive in local markets while aligned to a cohesive global vision. They will partner closely with our benefits broker, carriers, vendors, Finance, Legal, and regional leaders to ensure Astellas benefits are market competitive, support employee well-being, attraction and retention, and enable business strategy. This role covers affiliate locations in the Europe, Africa, and Asia regions.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
