**Job Description** General Description**
- Designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, incorporating human resources information systems (HRIS/HR IT).
Anticipates and plans for long-term human resources needs and trends designing solutions according with those requirements.
- Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resources administration and projects.
- Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
HR IT Country Process Expert.
- Leads and develops Direct reports and the greater HR community through the digitalization journey.
- Identifies improvement opportunities and drives automation projects.
**Specific Tasks**
- Lead implementation projects for modules PY, PA and TM for sites in Mexico.
