About the Role

The Territory Specialist – International Sales will serve as the dedicated on-the-ground expert for PHirst Park Homes communities across the South of Manila (SOMA) zones, supporting the international sales team in servicing OFWs and global Filipino buyers. This role bridges local project expertise with international client support, ensuring seamless communication between overseas buyers and on-site sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Territory Expertise: Serve as the subject-matter expert for PHirst Park Homes communities across SOMA 1, 2, and 3, including project details, pricing, promo mechanics, and site logistics.
