About the job

The Global Category Manager for our HR and Real Estate portfolio will lead a team of 2 persons and will be based in our Amsterdam office. You will be responsible for developing and executing global category strategies for the HR and Real Estate portfolio within Procurement, with a strong focus on optimizing cost, quality, and value. You will drive sourcing activities and manage a diverse supplier base across key spend areas such as recruitment and contingent labor, learning & development, HR services and benefits, facilities management, leases, and real estate services.
