Global Chief of Staff & Strategy Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GRO strategic planning processes (LTP, annual planning, operating cadence) and translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans
• Own end-to-end performance management framework including KPIs, dashboards, and business reviews; drive data-driven insights and decision‑making
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for two teams of SMEs: global partner communications and shared GRO services for internal employee engagement, customer/partner/seller satisfaction surveys, and internal budget management
• Develop and execute executive communication strategy, including leadership messaging, organizational announcements, and key presentations
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision‑making processes
