The organisation operates across multiple service based businesses with a global workforce of approximately 10,000 employees and is entering its next phase of institutional growth, leadership succession planning and long term value creation at the group holding level. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, the Chief People Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. Based in Singapore, this role carries enterprise wide responsibility for shaping the people, culture and leadership agenda across the group’s portfolio of businesses.
