GLOBAL CI MANAGER SPECIAL NUTRITION & HEALTH

About the role
This position is part ofthe Global Customer Innovation team for Special Nutrition & Health within
Applied Innovation (CD&I). Special Nutrition focuses on early life,
enteral, parenteral and lifestyle nutrition segments.

The primary objective is to drive
innovation – both customer specific and market-segment solutions- and to
develop and launch commercially successful differentiating products. The role
is customer-facing with direct technical responsibility of selected accounts,
working closely with sales manager and supplying technical support to regional
go-to-market teams. Besides that, the role will lead AAK-driven new product
development initiatives, translating company technology and market insights
into differentiated, scalable solutions that are not tied to one customer.
Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial
awareness and communication/relationship building skills.
