The Global Client Director will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of complex, key multinational clients based in Japan. This senior leadership role requires a strategic, client-centric professional who can build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, drive sales and global revenue growth, and lead Mercer’s multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, tailored solutions that address clients’ people-related business challenges.
