**Job Description Summary**
The Global Commodity Leader will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long¬ term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Develop and Implement a global supply chain for products/components. Support Sourcing programs and drive Sourcing strategy and actions to implement the best supply chain for the business. Drive together with engineering the design for manufacturing process and cost reduction activities. Negotiate and achieve the best contractual conditions according to the business needs while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
