Global Communications and Avery Dennison Foundation Specialist

This role can sit on a hybrid schedule in Mentor, Oh Dallas, Texas or Manhattan New York.

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to join the Global Communications team as Coordinator for Global Communications and the Avery Dennison Foundation. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Communications, this individual will support the strategic goals of the Global Communications team by managing administrative and operational tasks, including budget, vendor management, financial and legal compliance for expenses and professional services, scheduling, event planning, and program and subscription management.

This individual will also support the Avery Dennison Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy team and have a dotted-line reporting structure to the Vice President, CSR & President, Avery Dennison Foundation.
