Job Description

                    Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs across the United States and Latin America, ensuring alignment with company strategy and local market practices. 
Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures. 
Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit increases, bonus programs, promotions, and job leveling. 
Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations for hiring, internal mobility, and retention strategies. 
Analyze compensation data, trends, and internal equity to support strategic decision-making. 
Coordinate benefits administration processes, including enrollments, renewals, vendor management, and employee support. 
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation and benefits requirements in the USA and LATAM countries.
