Global Compliance, Test & Quality Control Manager

The Global Compliance, Testing & Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring that all company products—including socks, apparel, bags, and bottles—meet applicable legal, regulatory, safety, and quality standards across all global markets. This role owns end to end product compliance, laboratory testing, and quality control (QC) systems post product development through production and post market monitoring.
This is a highly detailed, process driven role requiring deep technical knowledge of apparel and consumer product regulations **across the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Asia**, as well as hands on experience managing lab testing programs, factory QC processes, and corrective action systems. The role partners closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Operations, Legal, and external laboratories and vendors.
