Job Description
 /Responsibilities The Global Continuous Improvement Engineer drives productivity improvements across all plants by working with plant operations teams to resolve issues and develop efficient processes. The role focuses on improving Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and overall Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), ensuring plant performance meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
Develop and manage capital expenditure plans and budgets.
Manage and execute productivity projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Develop and implement processes that improve plant efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety and quality.
Monitor and meet performance KPIs, including production line efficiency and cost reduction.
