Global Control Tower Manager (Hybrid, Once a Week Onsite Alabang)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the global transport control tower, ensuring full visibility of all international shipments, routes, exceptions, and overall transport performance.
• Ensure proactive detection of issues such as shipment delays, capacity disruptions, force majeure events, port congestion, strikes, vessel cancellations, and any other factors impacting transit‑time commitments.
• Communicate timely alerts on transportation risks and service impacts to stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Monitor real‑time transportation flows using P44, TE’s real‑time visibility platform, to ensure on‑time and accurate end‑to‑end tracking.
• Lead and manage global freight forwarders to deliver agreed service levels and operational performance standards.
