Global Corporate Counsel — Lead Legal & Compliance

A global finance and legal team is seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee all legal aspects of their operations. The role requires a Law degree and 4-5 years of experience in a business environment. Responsibilities include corporate housekeeping, contract review, legal research, and providing legal advice.
