We are looking for a Global CRM Specialist – GSA to join our Revenue Operations team and lead the adoption, strategic use, and quality of CRM (Salesforce) in the Global Strategic Accounts unit.
Your mission
Ensure that CRM is a reliable and strategic tool for global sales teams, enabling data-driven decisions, value reporting, and continuous process improvement.
What will you do?
-Drive Salesforce adoption and best practices globally.
-Train and support sales and operations teams.
-Ensure data quality and integrity.
-Develop sales reports and KPIs with actionable insights.
-Act as CRM SPOC for GSA and propose system improvements.
What are we looking for?
+3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or business analytics.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
