Job Description

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a multinational company that specializes in multilingual services, is looking to recruit Global Customer Advisor (German Speakers).
The candidate will be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls
Providing personalized solutions for each client
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the German language (spoken/written)
Good knowledge of the English language
Additional Qualifications:
Prior experience in a call center will be considered as a plus
IT literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer orientation, understanding customer needs
