VPG is looking for a Global Demand Planner to join our Business organization
The role focuses on demand forecasting and leading the S&OP process across global markets.
Major Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and global markets
 Own and lead the S&OP process, including preparation, facilitation, and insights
 Partner closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans
 Analyze demand drivers, market trends, and forecast accuracy (Forecast vs. Actuals)
 Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to support supply and availability
Requirements
Main Requirements:
35 years of experience in Demand Planning / S&OP / Sales Analyst
Experience working in a global manufacturing organization
Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand drivers
