Global Digital & IT Graduate Programme with Rotations

A global private banking group is launching the EFG Graduate Programme 2026 focusing on Digital and IT in Geneva. This 18-month program offers recent graduates a chance to engage with various business functions and build essential skills. Participants will rotate through different teams, receiving support from mentors and experiencing international exposure. Candidates with a Bachelor or Master degree and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply. The recruitment process starts in February 2026.
