Global Director of Technical Learning & Leadership

TPI Composites in Mexico is seeking a Director, L&D to lead the strategy, design, and execution of technical learning programs. This role will oversee the TPI Academy engineering curriculum and partner with various departments to deliver high-quality training experiences. Candidates should have a BA/BS in Engineering or related fields, over 5 years of experience in corporate learning, and the ability to design and deliver training in a global organization. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
