• Provide leadership, direction, and education to advance strategic initiatives that strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance across construction programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor construction EHS programs, standards, and procedures, and support consistent adoption across sites.
• Lead construction safety management implementation and facilitate best-practice sharing across projects and regions.
