This role sits on PepsiCo’s Global Employer Brand Content team, which leads top‑of‑funnel talent communications across the PepsiCoJobs digital ecosystem. You will serve as the operational engine of a fast‑moving editorial team, owning the programming that keeps our global content calendar running, managing our employee advocacy program end to end, and ensuring the production pipeline moves from story idea to published content.
