Global Enablement Programs Manager

Job Description

The Global Enablement Programs Manager is responsible for designing, governing, and scaling Vertiv’s global partner and consultant enablement ecosystem. This role ensures that partners, consultants, and alliances are equipped with the right education, content, tools, and campaigns to consistently represent Vertiv, drive adoption, and accelerate pipeline velocity.

Acting as a global orchestrator, the role aligns Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, IT, and Portfolio teams to deliver a unified, scalable, and measurable partner experience across regions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining continuity, driving consistency, and improving the effectiveness of Vertiv’s partner‑led go‑to‑market model.
