Global Engineering Director

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Develop, negotiate, and implement strategies, plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the technical leadership of Branson technologies, to include existing product lines as well as development of new products and technologies. Strategies will be developed in conjunction with the Value Creation and Profitability Review process and programs supervised through Global Engineering Team.
+ Lead a China organization responsible for material joining product design and development, sustaining engineering and global welding programs. Ensure that technological capabilities are present in the organization to achieve Growth and Profitability objectives
+ Maintain sound engineering concepts and standards of design and quality in the development of new products, and in the improvement of existing products.
+ Direct the Company’s patent and technology license activities, including technical papers, publications, patent disclosure...
