Global Engineering Project Manager, Pt

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance during the execution and completion of all engineering projects.
• Lead the construction and commissioning of the new Emulsions Plant in India.
• Support global production sites and business teams with preparation, approval, and execution of CAPEX projects (Local Governance Projects).
• Manage selected strategic global Projects under Global Governance.
• Establish, develop, and oversee the PT Engineering Back Office in India.
• Set up an Asia Sourcing Center for CAPEX and MRO procurement.
• Drive end‑to‑end project execution across engineering, procurement, and global stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering Back Office team and Procurement teams in across global locations.
• Ensure engineering excellence, cost optimization, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
