As a Global Chemical Engineering Expert you will act as a worldwide subject‑matter expert, coach project teams, evaluate local experts’ competencies, oversee the engineering design phase of capex projects, implement standardized designs and equipment, and align with COE, operations and functional stakeholders to enhance technical know‑how.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering design phase of capex projects in Chemical Engineering
• Provide support to project teams at each phase of projects (design, vendor selection, FAT, commissioning and startup)
• Challenge projects and/or technical decisions
• Accountable for engineering design standard package and standardized equipment in Chemical Engineering
• Deliver engineering design methodology standards; update standards to be consistent with Givaudan initiatives
