Job Description
Major Job Responsibilities
- Expense Governance and Program Management: Lead Global Facilities expense governance processes, including reporting cadence, controls, and compliance standards. Lead monthly Expense P2P performance management by analyzing variances, highlighting key cost drivers, and driving issue resolution and corrective actions across the global facilities network. Support the Quarterly Business Plan budgeting process by enabling informed prioritization and effective allocation of resources to critical business needs. Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with relevant stakeholders on expense data definitions, assumptions, target setting and reporting requirements. Manage structured review processes and performance tracking mechanisms to support ongoing expense governance. Identify cost trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and provide insights to leadership to support decision‑making.
