Global Facilities & Engineering Specialist

**Basic purpose of the position:**



The GFE (Global Facility & Engineering) Specialist is responsible for Environment Health Safety(EHS), Security and Crisis management(S&CM) & Real estate and facility management(REFM) management to the dedicated OPU (Operative Unit), to ensure the operational compliance and excellence. Provide service execution according to the defined process.



**Accountabilities:**



1. Develop necessary management system and SOPs according to the authority and Boehringer's requirements and business needs, including;



+ Set up annual target and working plan

+ Measure the progress and report to the OPU's leadership team (e.g. quarterly GFE meeting)

+ Support the OPU, on any GFE related audits

+ Perform GFE Gemba-walk and coordinate CAPAs and close the issues.
