Proclinical is seeking a Global Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in Europe. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with Dutch regulations, and effective financial planning and analysis. As a key business partner to local and regional leadership, you will provide financial insights to support decision-making while maintaining strong internal controls. 
Responsibilities:
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in line with IFRS and/or Dutch GAAP (RJ).
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.
Oversee compliance with Dutch tax regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, wage tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
