Global Forwarding Operations Agent - (After Hours)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Global Forwarding Operations Agent to join our team in Bogotá, working on an after‑hours shift to support our global operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our international freight processes, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of services.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months–1 year of related experience (freight forwarding or logistics preferred).
• Knowledge of international freight documentation is an asset.
• Strong communication skills in English (required).
• Proactive and organized, with solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CargoWise).
• Experience with CargoWise or Emanifest is a plus.
