Join our Global GBS team as a Global GBS Compensation Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent worldwide.
In this role, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate compensation analysis, ensure alignment with global frameworks, and support annual compensation processes.
This position is based in Querétaro, México, operating in a global, highly collaborative environment.
This is a temporary role with a duration of 6 months.
