About The Role
The Global Head of Quality Systems is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving BURN's global quality strategy. The role ensures that all products manufactured and distributed by BURN consistently meet internal quality standards, regulatory and safety requirements, and customer expectations across all markets.

Global Quality Strategy & Leadership
Develop, implement, and continuously refine global quality strategies aligned with BURN's business objectives, growth plans, and risk profiles.
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to quality teams across all BURN production entities to ensure consistent application of quality standards and practices.
