About the role
With our ambitious growth strategy, the Global Head of Talent plays a pivotal part in the need to attract, develop and retain the right employees. This role leads the Centers of Excellence (COE) Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D). You will be end-to-end responsible for our current and future talent worldwide and will lead enterprise-wide organizational design initiatives.
