Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Technical Services to lead our global expert team and technical centers in developing solutions for the construction industry, specifically in Paints & Coatings, Adhesives & Sealants and Cementitious materials. The role oversees customer service levels, technical support to sales, product validation, and the successful transfer of proofs of concept into commercial launches. You will work at the intersection of materials science and application excellence, shaping how the industry uses Omya’s mineral products for performance and sustainability. Lead a global team, set the benchmark for technical service, and help deliver impactful solutions for our customers.
