Job Description
Lead the development of Sagard's global treasury function as the Head of Treasury. Shape a strategic role focused on execution and infrastructure build-out in a multi-asset investment platform.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this impactful position is pivotal for establishing the treasury operating model, governance, and reporting frameworks at Sagard. You will work closely with investment teams and external financing partners to ensure effective liquidity planning and cash optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design the global treasury operating model with governance and controls
• Build infrastructure for a multi-entity, multi-currency platform
• Oversee liquidity planning and capital allocation strategies
• Structure financing solutions, including NAV facilities and subscription lines
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate financial arrangements
