Job Title: HR Advisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Location: Cyberjaya (Will move to Sunway in Q2/Q3)

Overview

This role may focus on some or all the accountabilities below, depending on operational requirements. These activities cover all Customer levels including Key Accounts and Platinum Customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end?to?end HR Operations support to employees, line managers, and local HR.
• Execute complex local HR processes in line with existing policies and procedures, ensuring high?quality data management in the Organization and accurate documentation, including ongoing employee support.
