This is a critical leadership role with the mandate to oversee and optimise HR operations across multiple geographies, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability as the organisation continues its growth trajectory. With a strong appreciation for operational excellence and global standards, this role is empowered to shape the HR operations framework and deliver best-in-class employee experience. Do note that this is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore, and frequent travel might be expected (approximately 30-35%).
