JOB DESCRIPTION: Global HR Systems Specialist  
Department: Human Resources (Group)  
Reports to: Global Head, HR Systems & Reporting 
Responsibilities (how we will measure success) 
HR Systems Specialist responsible for providing overall support with a high level of knowledge and skills for indicated area/s of HR Systems remit. Coordinates, maintains and enhances system configuration and related process activity to support the Global HR and HR Systems agenda. Educates and embeds best practices and resolves issues in a timely and competent manner. 
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)  
Support technical and operational aspects of the HR systems global agenda.  
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on HR Technology for primary area of HR Systems responsibility.
