RESPONSIBILITIES



Reporting to the Sr. Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development & deployment of brand innovation projects and strategy. You will have the opportunity to write the next chapter of an iconic brand, with more than 100 years of history, committed to empower consumers around the world to reveal their most extraordinary self.



Your main focus:



+ Lead strategic global innovation plan and project development primarily for the face category, but with opportunities to work on other categories such as eyes and lips

+ In partnership with cross-functional teams, establish and implement a forward-thinking innovation strategy aligned with the brand’s overall vision and goals.
