YOUR TASKS
As our Global Internal Communications Specialist, you will be the spider in the web connecting people, departments, and platforms to make sure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
You will ensure that every colleague, from HQ to store floors, feels in touch with our brand, inspired by our purpose, and empowered to contribute. You will play a critical role in building strong employee engagement through effective communication and activities/events.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management: Manage and develop content for internal communication channels (KEEPHUB, newsletters, emails) with a strong focus on accessibility and relevance for store staff. Bring a playful and engaging tone while staying consistent and clear.
