Job Description

In this role, you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution. 

As an Analyst within the Global Investment Banking Capital Market Advisory Group, you will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, communicating with the client and lawyers to find solutions, being responsible for handling documentations, supporting clients in preparing offering documentation and execution process, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement the origination and execution function including interacting with clients and working with coverage and capital markets bankers
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions such as lawyers, accountants, counterparties
  • Demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing capital market transactions
