Posting Description
As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you will have experience developing strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and working across a range of products. You will work on deals and transactions across the spectrum of our banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, divestitures, restructurings, and cross-border transactions.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals.
Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers to advance the marketing and execution process.
Train and mentor junior bankers.
Refine marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact.
Oversee the creation of financial projection models.
Identify and manage key risks in a given transaction.
