Responsibilities
• Derive business insights to initiate change and facilitate decision-making. Enhance productivity through continuous operational improvements. Adhere to invoicing standards for timely and precise monthly invoice handling.
• Explore and propose actionable improvements for existing processes. Facilitate the implementation of new processes and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Use Excel Macros and basic programming to enhance processes.
