What does the role involve? Hilti Outperformer is a two-year graduate program that gives you the opportunity to dive into a variety of international projects and gain exposure to senior management. It is a fast-paced and exciting journey with close coaching and mentoring every step of the way. From day one, you will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and hone your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into four main stages:

1. 3-4 months in an operational role
2. 2-3 months for an intro & project in global logistics
3. 14 months in operational rotations and projects within warehousing, transportations or other supply chain business units
4. 4 months in a strategic project
