Global Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Design, develop, and implement global learning and development programs that support manufacturing operations and strategic business goals
+ Align training initiatives with objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and performance improvement
+ Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess capability needs and identify skill gaps across manufacturing teams
+ Develop targeted learning solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and employee development
+ Partner with regional and local teams to adapt global programs to local operational needs while maintaining alignment with company standards
